Too much distractions.

Over the past few months, I'm starting to get a sense of how chaotic Discord has become, from such unnecessary drama, to just plain toxicity, I can't fathom on why would some people spend their precious time into doing such childish things on the platform instead of doing something productive in life, just for them to appear that they're tough, or have some of them go rambling about something, I guess.

Effective Saturday, August 5, 2023, I will be leaving Discord temporarily while I use my own time to finish my own projects in peace without the clusterfuck that is Discord that made me procrastinate more than being productive. Now, I'm not leaving Discord completely, I'll still check in from time to time, but not spend my entire day/night on the platform that's bound for potential drama that people nowadays forgot how to manage, or be civil about it. I'm sure some of my friends might feel the same, having unfinished projects to never be completed because of procrastination from such platform, since your mind is glued onto something that's unnecessary, thus wasting time scrolling through chats to see people posting random gifs, just to name a few.

For my friends, I still have contact with them, but for my community and server? Some of my friends will help monitor them while I'm on hiatus from the platform. Again, I will sometimes peek in from time to time to check how everything's doing, but don't fret, maybe once I get done with my projects or there's more progress, perhaps I'll use Discord more often, but for now, I'm taking a break.
